We provide independent guidance and expert information for our clients who wish to move through the intricate world of auction houses, arts dealers, galleries, artists and art fairs.

• Site visit to the client's home or office to assess space, architectural elements, decor, and lighting.
  
• Outline financial parameters of the project with the client.
  
• Propose budget to include costs of artwork, framing, packing and shipping, installation, sales tax and expenses.
  
• Create floor plan allocating placement of proposed artwork locations.
• Present artworks for each designated location to client or art committee.
• Oversee all purchasing, framing, shipping, and installation of artwork.
• Collection management service to catalogue your collection and provide you with inventory reports and database management.

Unlike auction houses, private art dealers, galleries, and artists, ArtConnect HQ does not maintain an inventory of art and has no fixed interest in a particular work of visual art or artist. Our sole purpose is to help our clients find and evaluate the work of visual art that is most appropriate to acquire, sell or donate.

SUBMIT VISUALS:

We accept visuals as digital files (on a cd, please do not email) or in photographic format.  If a project comes up for which we feel your work is appropriate, we will contact you.  Please provide a caption list including: title, date, size, medium, and price list for all visuals submitted - as well as your statement, bio. and contact information. If you would like to have your materials returned, please include a S.A.S.E., otherwise they will remain on file.
